Since our founding in 1988, Cicon Engineering has always been an ethical company that continually strives to provide a family environment for all employees, suppliers, and customers. We pride ourselves on our commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.

This handbook is a guide for all of our employees as a reference and as a guide, if they should come across any ethical dilemma while employed at Cicon. Additionally, we have established an Ethics Point of Contact for all employees to turn to with questions or concerns.
